Pass on the more popular sets and get this one. Polls and rackets are all metal. Net is strong too. Great for backyard use. Love the red color, it sets this set apart from cheep plastic kits. Put the strings for the net and polls stakes through the hole then wrap the strings around the poll two or three times and the net will stay up nice and strong. Shuttlecocks are ok to get you started but you may want better ones. I bought Head 500 to go along with the set for about 6 dollars.
