My son and his cousins had a great time playing with this at a family get-together. However, it is not durable at all. We just chucked out the little stand that holds the launcher. It didn't stay together and wasn't necessary. They ended up just holding the tube to direct the rockets. The rockets themselves didn't hold up that well either. But, you'll lose most of them anyway because it shoots so far. It is still a favorite toy, so I'll just replace the rockets as needed.
